Terms of Service

Last updated: 26 April 2026

1. What this service is

TheOddsTracker.com (“the Service”) is an analytics platform that produces football match recommendations (“Signals”). The Service is informational only. We do not place bets, hold customer funds, or facilitate wagering. Any decision to act on a Signal is made by the user, with their own bookmaker, at their own risk.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use the Service. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement and that gambling is legal in the jurisdiction from which you access the Service.

3. Subscription and payment

Access is granted across three tiers:

  • Free Trial — World Cup 2026. Every signed-in user gets full access to every tier from launch through 20 July 2026. After the trial, the public Tools (Bet Builder, Streaks, Acca, Referees, H2H) and daily Singles remain free forever; Doubles, Apex, and Institutional move behind the subscription tiers below.
  • Apex — $30 USDT per month. Daily Apex 4-leg same-game multis, daily Doubles (2-leg same-game), daily Singles (1-leg highest-edge), full rejection log access, tactical summaries, match intelligence notes, settled-result history & ROI dashboard.
  • Institutional — $50 USDT per month. Adds the cash-out rollup (8–10 legs across a 4-hour kickoff window, 2–3 per day, designed for one Bet365 Bet Builder + manual cash-out), priority Telegram alerts, daily morning briefing, calibration drift alerts, and early release signals on top of Apex.

All payments are made in USDT (Tether) on the Ethereum mainnet (ERC-20). Payments are verified on-chain; subscription periods begin once the required confirmations are observed.

Crypto payments are non-reversible. If you send the wrong amount or to the wrong address we cannot recover it. Refund requests for active subscription periods are reviewed case-by-case and not guaranteed; cancellations stop renewal but do not refund the unused portion of the current period unless required by law.

4. No guarantees

Signals are statistical recommendations, not predictions. We publish our historical performance transparently and do not warrant any particular hit rate, return, or outcome on any individual Signal or portfolio. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Resell, redistribute, or republish Signals or other paid content.
  • Scrape, crawl, or programmatically access the Service outside any documented APIs.
  • Use the Service from a jurisdiction where it is unlawful to do so.
  • Attempt to compromise account security, the API, the database, or other users' data.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including the engine, model outputs, written commentary, brand assets and UI, is owned by the operator. A subscription grants a personal, non-transferable licence to view content for your own use. It does not transfer ownership.

7. Account suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, that show signs of credential compromise, or that we are required to suspend by competent authority. Active paid time on a suspended account is not refundable where the suspension is for a breach you committed.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for losses incurred from acting on Signals, for downtime, for data loss, for blockchain confirmation delays, or for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or via a notice in the application. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will first be discussed in good faith; if unresolved they will be brought before the competent courts of England and Wales. Contact for legal notices: [email protected].
